BlackBerry 8520 - Airtel
Irresponsible in product support

I request all Indians not to buy BlackBerry devices from Airtel. Airtel has very irresponsible product support.

My BlackBerry8520 is has power port issue which causes my device is not charging. I submitted it in Splendid towers, Hyderabad with airtel blackberry engineer. after 20 days they came back to me and said that my BlackBerry power port is effected with liquid damage and it cannot be repairable. Airtel dont want to replace the hand set and cannot repair the product. I feel its a shame of Blackberry people if it cannot be repairable. as a valued customer Airtel supposed to care about customer, but Airtel BlackBerry engineers are very useless and declared that they cannot do any thing with handset. we can get same features in Micromax or any cheaper mobiles. Airtel or BlackBerry should understand the value of customer and replace the handset if your engineers are not fit to clear the issue.
