Hanging problem

My name is hitesh sharma, i have purchased a mobile phone BLACKBERRY 9520 STROM 2,

from M/S PARTY PEOPLE, model town, ludhiana on dated 19/04.vide their INVOICE NO. 543

dated 19/04.

but after 2-3 days hanging problem is started, in this problem we cannot make or receive a call.

even all the functions are hanged. after facing the problem i go to the M/S PARTY PEOPLE shop

from where we have purchased this mobile they have kept this mobile for 3 days and return it back to me

after servicing from your center, but the very next day i am again facing the same hanging problem in the set. today i am thinking that why i have choose blackberry instead of other reputed company.
