I had activated my blackberry messenger and internet plan weekly offer a week ago (Rs100)... i called up the customer care executive on the 30th of august to know when was my plan going 2 be renewed or de-activated... she told me september 3rd but my balance has been deducted as of now on 31st august and Rs100 has been deducted from my balance... My no. is 09959154914.
