Less Battery Backup, No Voive coming while Receiving the Call, After the Call ends no network Coverage

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I Bought A Blackberry 9780 (IMEI No-357174043677808) One Month Back from LIVEIRE XELERATE, SG-38 Galleria Shopping Complex, DLF-4 Gugaon on 24/05.

The Day I bought this Mobile i had a Problem where there is No Network Coverage after Disconnecting the Call. The Signal Shows SOS.

After this, the Problem for no voice arised while someone or I dial any number.

Also the Battery Backup of this Handset is One Day while i was Told during purchasing of this set that it has a Battery Life of Around 4 to 5 Hrs while talking.

But here i just get then Battery Backup of Just one day.

If i am Buying a Set spending around 23000 Buks and then the Problem Arises just within the period of 1 month, then I feel that the Set has to replaced as there is no gurantee when this Set have another problem and being a working professional we don't have that much of time so as to go to service center again and again.

Please i request you to sort out this Problem at your earliest.
