BIS not working in Kolkata

The BIS service is not working in Kolkata circle since past 24hours and Airtel has no clue or does not bother to restore the service. People who are completely dependent on BIS for office and business like me are at total disconnect and its a great loss of business. The disgusting thing is that Airtel does not even acknowledge that there is an issue with the BIS service. My number is 91-9163006967 and if anyone from Airtel is reading this, please improve on your service and try to come out of the dream world, taking things for granted. This is a service industry you are working for and not a grocery shop.
