Blackberry torch 9800
Handset not working

Dear Sir/ M'am,

I purchased a Blackberry torch 9800 handset with IMEI No 356200040808665 through Bombay Mall on 10 Jun11. The Pin of the set is 26E131C2. The software of the set has crashed twice and I have got it reloaded vide work oder no RGN/BB/11/00324 dated 25 oct 11 and BLR/BB/11/05375 dated 07 Nov 11. Again the software has crashed on 22 Jan 12 and am going to give the set to repair on 23 Jan12. I have lost data from the system everytime the software has crashed and I have been inconvinienced due to non availability of handset for the period of repair. May I request you to interveene and ensure that the set is either repaired properly to avoid further inconviniencing or replace the set to avoid such failure. I will be handing over the set to repair at Randington India Limited No 13, West Minister Building, Cunningham Road, Bangalore. Thanking you. T G Nataraja
