Useless balence deduction

Worthless telicomm service. everyday my balance is being deducted with rs 5 everyday without any reason.. when i am talking to customer care service representative, they are not replying to the call half the time and if they fortunately receive then they have so many lame excuses to give... and still my balance is getting cut everyday
