POOR SERVICE AND NO RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER QUERY

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I PURCHASED A BPL LANDLINE CORDLESS PHONE FROM DEALER "B.S. TELECOM" (Add:148/58, nsc bose road, ranikuthi, kolkata- 40). THERE WAS A DEFECT IN THE PHONE FOR WHICH WE RETURNED IT TO THE SHOP WITHIN FEW WEEKS OF PURCHASE. THEY ASKED US TO GIVE SOME TIME AS THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS SINCE THEN BUT NEITHER ARE THEY REPLACING THE OLD SET WITH A NEW ONE NOR ARE THEY GETTING THE OLD SET REPAIRED. EVEN THEY ARE NOT READY TO REFUND THE MONEY AND KEEPING US IN DARK ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING WITH THE CASE.
