BPL (Loop Mobile Services)
No network coverage in my office at Ballard estate in the heart of Mumbai

Sir,

Inspite of repeated complaints and reminders of poor service and poor network coverage for the mobile service, there is no improvement and releive and any improvement in the network area.

I have been a customer of BPL Mobile Service (now Loop) since about 2003 or so and have additional three mobile nos incuding my wife and my father.

We have tried to write to them BPL Mobile service on several occassions but there is no improvement at all.

It is not only surprising but a shame that the BPL doesnot care for its clients at all .. and we are now loosing on our business since the calls are totally lost.

I would like to complaint about them and also the TRAI, who is not monitoringthe quality of the service provider and would possibly like to sue them in apporpriate courts of law.
