Blocking of my incoming STD calls

Sir,

i am using BPL sim card for past 2 years..but around a week ago..that is approximately... around 4th september my STD incoming calls were blocked..i registered a complaint (complaint no: DOC-C-080981140) with the customer care (on 9th september) and they gave me assurance that the issue would be sorted out in 72 hours... but the problem was not solved and and still prevails..

So i request you to look into the matter and solve my problem..
