COMPLAINT THE POOR SERVICES OF BPL MOBILE IN MUMBAI

Dear Sir,

We are sorry to say that BPL mobile is working below standard in Mumbai circle. My mobile number is 9821160065 I have following complaint regarding the company:

1. The Service centres do not reply properly to our complaints.

2. Most of the person sitting at Call canters are very rude and below the standards.

3. There is no any responsible person who gives proper reply

4. Our numbers are given to the many marketing company and there DO Not Disturb system do not work.

5. We get disturbing marketing calls and they say they have purchased data from BPL mobile.

6. They do not bother the customers as they feel we are bound to BPL mobile due to the problem of number change while shifting the services.

Sir, We request a proper action on company and a system which is pending where we can shift the mobile services without change of number should be implemented at the earliest.
