Hi, myself is Prasad Manjrekar, i have used your gprs service for more than 6 months & had a very good experience with the service but i have changed my Mobile from NOKIA to SAMSUNG GT S5233S & now i am not able to get settings for the service, called up cust care but no proper response & no body to actually give the reason why the settins are not happening, kindly look into the matter at the earliest & revert as it is very urgently required for my daily Office work, kindly contact me on my Alternate number :- 9323745840 & my Bpl No is 9821463648,
