Airtel Billing issues

I was completely shocked when i saw my MARCH postpaid bill. It was around Rs 3900 and that too 3500 from Value added services. I still remember that on month of Jan, Feb and March i had deactivated my GPRS and Airtel live because i knew that there might go some miscalculations on the billing charges. I called all the customer executive and their senior seeking their help and responses. None of them came up with a positive response. Every single executive told me that i have to pay the whole amount. I told them that this was impossible that such high bill would be charged to me and that too on VAS. I cross checked my itemized bill for VAS and found out that there are charges added falsely for almost every dates on the month of March. I remember for some dates when i was busy with my work and never had a chance to go for facebook nor any websites. And why should i go for facebook and other web pages when i have a internet connection at home.
Unfortunately i had to deactivate that number and took another number. later one executive from Retention department named as Lata soni called me up to settle the issue on Rs 2400 instead of Rs 3900. i said i will pay that amount and she said that after paying rs 2400 she will give me a settlement paper. I paid rs 2400 same evening and gave her the receipt number the very next day. To my utter dismay i received a legal notice to pay whole 3900 rs. Now when i am trying to reach her and call her she is not responding neither her colleagues are responding to me about her whereabouts. This made me frustrated like hell. Finally after 2 days i got hold of her. This time she lied to my face and totally disagreed that we settle the amount to Rs 2400 instead we settled on Rs 2900 and after paying more 600 i will get the settlement papers. This harassment made me frustrated even more this time. I just could not find any other way to what to do with Airtel and its fellow employees. I had a mental pressure of my work and this billing issue.
I think this billing issues is common within all airtel customers. I dont know what is wrong with the Airtel and their employee. Their unprofessional behavior will make airtel customers chew their teeth until they are totally chewed.
I would like you to please lodge a complain against Airtel against their billing manipulation attitude and theur unprofessional behavior from Lata Soni.
