BSNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING

Phone no.24321187 was shifted to anoher place with a new no.22475773. this is a broad band line. though the line has been shifted a month back, broad band is not working even after a month, though all the old bills cleared without utilising the net services. this needs to be attended on urgent basis.
