Landline dead

I have registered complaint for my landline (01970-222726). But till date no action has bee taken. My phone always dead . in year hardly it will work for two - three month ..

i have speak so manay time with local telecome person . but no appropraite action has been taken.

this time i have took boradband . it hardly work for 5 days . and i have have to pay the telephone & broadband bill.

i hope this time my bill is taken care by the telecome department.

Please Please imporve your services otherwise one day u will loss all ur business. all telecome people lost their jobs.

So at least do something . other wise i will take legal action.
