Recharge of Rs.500 with validity extension failed

My two 3 G prepaid mobile numbers 9445536343 and 9445536323 had validity time till 9.10.2010. I recharged both with Rs. 550 each on 8.10.2010 expecting a full talk time and of course a validity extension for 6 months. But there are a lot of messages in my mobile which shows that neither my balance has been increased by 550 nor my validity period extended. I have received a msg that my number has been suspended now. What am I supposed to do?
