Bsnl 3G are not solving my complain

I bought a Bsnl 3G data card. And rechared it with rs. 1500 from bsnl website. The recharge was successful on 08.11.2010 . When i connect the data card to my laptop, the 1st day everything was right but one day later when i connect it shows limited services only. I gave complain on Bsnl customer care and they are not going to solve my problem. What i need to do? I live in sudama nagar E sector.
