BSNL 3G
No network access!

Yesterday i had bought one 3g sim card from bsnl office for my nokia 5800. They said that the sim card is pre activated.. But a first recharge should be done to it.. So after buying the sim i went to home, and in the evening i went to one small shop to do the first recharg. Out of 3 recharge options (rs 46, rs 56, rs 120), i did the 56rs recharge. The shopkeeper did it. It showed recharge successful in his mobile.. Then when i came back home and inserted the sim in my phone it didnt show the bsnl logo.. No tower also.. Then i searche manually it showed cellone cmd other providers there. When i selected cellone manualy it showed no network access.. Then i took it to automatic network.. But no network displayed.. What to do? The sim has not been activated from the bsnl exchange office?
