Extremely Low Speeds

I had purchased a 3G sim from BSNL on the 13th of January (mob no. 9458160440) from Nainital and had subsequently recharged it with the Rs. 4200 data recharge which gives unlimited internet pack for 6 months. However, the speed (browsing as well as downloading) is way too pathetic.. Sometimes the websites dont even load properly.(not even 3-4KBps!!) Speeds dont go above 20 KBps and hover around 10-12KBps. This is even less than EDGE. and yes I use a 3G data card and when i swap my bsnl sim with an mtnl sim the speeds are always above 60KBps. So it is definitely a problem with BSNL.

My balance is above Rs. 50 and its connected through the 3G network and signal strength is above 75%!!

I have been CHEATED! I demand I be refunded the money as soon as possible!
