BSNL 3G
Online Recharge not possible

I am using BSNL 3G connection for last 5 months, but till now online recharge for the connection taken is not possible. My number is8547639973. While I am trying they are saying enter a valid BSNL number. I have called the customer care several times and they are also not responding to this problem, they are saying it might be network problem. If they say that online recharge won' t be possible i would prefer another connection in which easy recharge is possible. They had cheated me by saying you can charge this online.
