DRV-4200 (6months validity) becomes invalid after 1 month

I recharged my phone number 9482596607 with Data Recharge voucher 4200 on 20/07. Its worth rs.4200 and provides 6 gb internet data usage limit every month for 6 months. Basically according to plan, my gprs account should be automatically recharged with 6 GB data allowance after every 30 days. I got the first 6 GB as soon as i recharged. but after 30 days were over on 18/08, my GPRS account was not recharged with another 6 GB data. The customer care representatives are a bunch of clue-less persons who know nothing about their own products. Even after calling 20-30 times I did not get any kind of help from them. Please help. I will never ever use BSNL.
