Bsnl 3 g data card
No connection or very low speed

Purchased bsnl 3g data stick- 7.2mbps in jan from BSNL Annanagar, chennai - 9445548462 - Rs 2500/- unlimited 6 month data plan - rs 4200 /- agter first two days havin problems - speed is very low 20 - 50 kbs only - sometimes get message data card not available - cannot use the card at all - when queried the staff throw up their hands and state that they have been receiving a number of similar complaints in recent past -

i have earlier purchased a 3g mobile card - 9445511624 - initially it was good now i can use it as a phone only - when i try internet connection is so slow that it gets timed out -

BSNL Wired broadband is good - cant they make up in wireless - specially after they after taken upfront money
