Charging without consent

My mobile no. is 9417328982

From my a/c Rs 30/- (two times) has been deducted without any reason. First on Aug 15 and second time on Sep 15.

My complaint filed to customer care on 16 Aug provided me docket no. H 162007190 & assured me not to deduct next time but of no use. On 15 Sep 2010 I complain of the same for with docket no.

I 151626128.

No proper action has been taken so far

Kindly refund my amount of Rs 30 30 at the earliest.
