Getting UCC even after registration in NDND Database

I have registered in NDNC data base. Inspite of that I am continueously getting Unsolicited Commercial Communication.

For example, I got a call from mobile No. 9412251070 at 13.43 hrs on 02.08.2010 trying to explain me the various schemes and financial plans of State Bank of India.

Please help me to avoid all this and register this request as complaint.
