PHONE NOT CHANGE SINCE 1 YEAR

I am using land line no.25453970 since last 10 yrs. Last year I changed my plan for yearly charges of Rs.1200/- and as per plan new instrument with caller id was to be installed. Till today there is no response for replacement. Also there is no proper response to other complaints such as phone not working, disturbance during calls ets.

We gave the complaint to check the line and change the phone. It was replied that there is no stock!!! "NO STOCK SINCE 1 YEAR"!!!

What to do for this, please help us.
