Sir,

I have not requested for mobile TV, but suddenly one msg came from BP APALYA on 14/11 that your free trial for mobile TV is going to expire in 2 days & you will Charge Rs150 for subscription, to unsubscribe sms to 55447. when I SMS UNSUB to 55447, it inform that no subscription exists with MimobiTV, kindly Check. on 15th Nov. one msg came from BP-APALYA that "Thank you for subscribing to Mobile TV after free Trial. Your Monthly charges are Rs. 150, enjoy all the channels on this service, to unsubscribe, SMS to 55447" I again SMS UNSUB but still the same sms that no sub exists, I have also complained on customer care to stop the service, he also assured & on 16th I again sent sms then they informed send MYUNSUB TO 55447 &When I send the above sms came for unsubscription. but they have charged Rs. 150/- in present bill. Kindly remove this charges from my bill. my No. is 9414002749.
