Extra deduction of mobile call charges

Sir,

I wish to bring your kind notice that a Mahamagic 4 (ACT 4) plan was activated for my BSNL prepaid mobile no 9422937447 on 16-12-11. Accordingly, charges of Rs 4.00 per day are being deducted from my balance since 16-12-11 and hence I should have been charged one paisa/minute for BSNL network (out going charges). But it is observed that I had been charged one paisa/second for BSNL mob no 7588793517 (a Kisan card) on 19-12-11 and thereafter. This may be due to technical fault or error. I, therefore, request you to give credit of extra amount deducted form my balance and make necessary changes in the system. (My complaint docket no is L-191400844 dated 19-12-11).
