Landline is not at all working for 3 months

Respected SIR,

Kindly take actions for BSNL Landline which has been not working for more than 3 months, when we complaint to exchange it is extremely sorry to inform you that they are telling really stupid reasons instead of fixing it... The most funniest part is without Phone's functioning bill is regularly coming..Y this much irresponsibility??? Please Take severe actions inorder to prevent such and such careless actions.
