Problem in activating a plan

Respected Sir,

I have started a plan of pay per second by sending a message and I also got a confirmation message. Though that plan has not been activated on my number 9426281635. I have complained to customer care about 15 times, but unfortunately they gave me rude answers without helping me. So I request you to solve my problem.
