De-activation of Radio mobile service

Please de-activate the Radio mobile service on my BSNL mobile no 9490610567 with immediate effect. This is an office CUG phone (APTRANSCO) and we have not opted for this service. Every month Rs.19/- is being billed for this service which is not being utilized by us.
