Dedectm balance

Respected Sir/Madam

I am p. srinivas form East Godavari (A.P). I have BSNL num 9492386373. two days back i got a msg from customer care of Cricket Alert. but i did't request that alert. but BSNL customer care dedect my balance 30 rupees and everday they cut 1 rupee. so i am tryed complient to BSNL customer care but there are not respond. so please take an action on them.
