BSNL
BSNL network problem since one and half month

Respected sir, this is RADHAKRISHNA, a bsnl customer. I have been struggling with BSNL network problems such as call will be cut in the middle of communication, voice can't be heard by both ends sometimes and call will be continuing but, no communication between two ends in the locality of NEW METTUGUDA, LALAGUDA[post], HYD-500017.These are the problems have been facing by us since one and half month. I have reported a complaint numerous times to customer care but, they usually take my details and say that it would be cleared as early as possible. In turn i got a calls from customer care with the effect of calling no of times to customer care. But, they also said the same thing. No progress is in the network problems till now.

It is my humble request to make it resolve and save me from this struggling sir.
