Closing of complaint lodged without attending

My land line number 040-24090086 is freequently going out of order atleast twice in a month. I have to book the complaint for getting it rectified. Every time the department people are taking 2 to 3 days to attend the complaint. Recently on 26th my phone stopped working and I lodged a complaint for repair on 27th morning through my neighbours land line. docket number alloted is 15149947682.To my surprise I received a msg on my mobile stating that the complaint is closed The fault is not rectified and nobody attended the complaint so far I have to lodge the complaint again and fresh communication id is 15187803042 today. I am a customer of bsnl for the lost 40 years and owning this number in my sons name for the lost 4 years and recently changed to my name I dont want to change the number

I request the authorities to give a permanent solution to my telephone problem
