CHANGE OF PLAN

This is sriramwith TELEPHONE NUMBER:0863-2217186, am a value added customer of bsnl. I applied for plan change from 500C plus to 625 unlimited plan on may 20th at swagatham services ie, by calling to 1500number and the Customer care executive gave me the requuest number as:962760 and told that it will be effected frm 1st of june, but till date it was not effected and still continuing in 500Cplus only, unknowingly about this issue I made a download which was more than my limit. So please record my complaint and do justification
