Unable to view fullbill and not receiving discount for online payment

My UID767001978.I am unable to view Full bill in self portal, due to incorrect password. Thru' forgot password link chnage of pass word not accepted in profile for new password. Further I am not getting rebate for online bill payment at BSNL web site. Reply at pratapk01@yahoo.com
