Unauthorised debit from prepaid a/c

For last one year Rs.20/- and Rs.30/- p.m. are being deducted from the prepaid balance of my mobile no.9435803509 (Assam Circle) by no.55888020 and 54000030 respectively towards cricket subscription without my consent. How can it happen sir? I have never given any auto-debit instruction to any service provider. As per fair practice rule, any deduction towards renewal of any service offered, consent must be obtained from the beneficiary. In both the cases, no service provided but regularly debiting the amount and only the confirmation of debits are sent through SMS particularly after midnight. Sir, please do the needful and save me from mental agony.
