Landline phone is out of oder for around 6 months

Dear Sir,

Myself Satish Kumar Meher, a residence of village Kadobahal, Dist - Bargarh,

Orissa. My land line telephone No. is (06682) 235374 which is out of order for around 6 months. In spite of my several complaints the authorised person is not taking the required steps or showing any interest in rectifying the problem. For that myself & my family is facing a lot of difficulties & pain.

I request you to take the necessary steps in this regards as the earliest.
