Land line phone not working

I am regular customer of BSNl. I have two bsnl landline phone out of which one no. 0240-2451464 is not working since last 25 days

I have all the bills regularly. I loged compled on toll free no.198 on 16.09.2011. complain No. is 1004000451. this complain was attended

on 01.10.2011 after repeated follow up with local office on tel no. 0240-244 02402443000, and 02402441000.On visit BSNL technitian told me that there is some problem with incomming wire he wil;l sort it out and he went. still today he didnot turn up.

I hvae tried to contact somany times on above local off. nos but no body pickup all three nos.

pl do the needfull at earlist if possible or otherwise i will shift to other service provider.
