Hallo Sir,

My self Subodh Mandlik, Address 62, Kanchan Nagar, Paithan Road, Aurangabad 431005. I am one of the customer of BSNL land line phones (0240 - 2376006) in Aurangabad, I am continueslly having issues with my land line phone line, i have complented around 100 times in last year about the line & Phone bills which i never receive & every time i need to go to BSNL office & collect bill & then pay it, every 2/3 days my land line phone gets dead i dont know why BSNL officials are not serious about the problems there customers face, as being a Indian i am intrested to use BSNL but the employees or persons who are entitled to there work ni BSNL are never respond or serve us as customer.

when i asked then why we are not receiving the bills every month there answer is we dont know why you are not getting, better you collect bills on your own & then pay amount.

I did meet the administrator there in Head telephone office in Aurangabad but still i need to collect my bills & then pay amount. also my phone is dead every week & will remain as it is unless i take the person on my own from there office pay some 50 to 100 rs & get it repaired on my own.
