Network Problem

Sir,

1. I am a customer of BSNL prepaid mobile. My no is 9445872937 which covers the network of AVD BrindavanNgr.

2. From past few days I am facing very difficulty to connect to haryana nos.of BSNL company in evening time only. I am getting error message like this "all lines of this route are busy please try after some time".

3. Second problem is that sometimes while talking to somebody in between the call I don't hear their voice but they hear or vice versa. In this regard a launched a complaint on 05 Dec 10. My complaint no is CH0512107594. But till date no response. Again on 13 Dec 10 a request no 54613318 was forwarded but same result.

4. Please act on priority.
