Espected sir,

Im a airforce personnel posted in j&k.we r not permitted to go out of camp.n my outgoing calls hav been barred since last 17 days.when i contacted customer care, they told that my usage was more than credit limit n my no will be activated after paying the bill for august.i paid the bill on 25th of aug.after that also my outgoing calls hav not been restored.i hav repeatedly called customer care n given complaints, but no action has been taken.im very frustrated n dnt know wat to do.plz help...
