Deduction of bal

Sir

On 1/1 at 09:19am i had recharged my no. with Rs.100 top-up from no. 154662 Ref no.519803531and got talk time of Rs.100 when i checked the bal. at7:30pm the bal was Rs.14.25 in between i had talked Rs20after deduction it would be Rs.80 but it was 14.25.I had not activated any service even though I had complaint this in BSNL complain but they had not taken any step.

Sir i am a student of a govt. college, sir please take some helpful measures so that i will be highly obliged to you sir.
