OFFICE HOUR WORKING OF MOUDA (BHADRAK) EXCHANGE

I am a telephone subscriber under Balasore Telecom Circle under Mouda exchange (Bhadrak). My landline number being 06784 - 264236 . For last six months this exchange is mostly working during office hour i.e. 10a.m. to 5 p.m. and remains dead during rest hours and on Govt. holidays. On being asked, the operator says, the connection being snapped at Bhadrak and during working hour of office they connect it. This is a serious matter. Authorities of BSNL are deliberately harassing the consumers by continuously depriving the consumers from this essential service. This also amounts to serious deficiency in service by BSNL.
