BSNL
Land line not working

My telephone number is 23419665, which is not working since 15-09.I had registered the complain on 17-09. but till today no action is taken.

All the dues are paid on time till today.and if this is the service i am getting even i am prompt, then better remove my connection along with broadband connection.

I will get better connection.

20 days to get the land line corrected, shame on BSNL...

What higher authorities are doing, taking money on time, cant they provide good service to their customers...
