No service provided despite of Payment Taken

Hi Team,

I requested for a BSNL Broadband connection through the Customer care number 080-21001504 on 28-Dec. The person came to my place #54, 1st main, 4th Cross, New Ext. Shambhog Colony, Yemlur, Bangalore-37.

A person from BSNL office took the payment for Rs. 2650 on 29-Dec & filled the application form. He gave me a work order no. 36492. The number he has given for enquiry are not working.

The customer care people are not answering properly. The disconnect the call without proper Info.
