BSNL
Phone Not Working

Hi,

I stay in Bangalore near Marathahalli. My BSNL Landline is not working from oct 1st. I have given 10 complaints to the customer care... when ever i call the local exchange no body is pickin the call and the JTO never picks his mobile number also..

Not only mine... no phone in the entire locality is working..still there is no response from BSNL...

What can i do to solve this issue??

How can i ask BSNL for bill reduction during this time...
