Dead Phone

Dear Sir,

My residence telephone is dead for the past three days.

I have registered through IVRS by ringing up 1500. The complaint docket number is 16351371722

My landline number is 080-23640005

Whenever I ring up to my exchange at Vidyaranyapura, the response is "yes the case is taken up. today it will be attended to"

But till today no action is taken.

This inaction has put me in to a lot of inconveniences. If anybody rings up the one can listen to the ringing tone. But phone does not ring.
