BSNL telephone dead

Dear Sir,

My landline phone (080-25730507) is been dead since 2 months. I had registered a complaint on automatic complaint booking number, but since then no action has been taken. Neither any reason has been communicated for why it has been delayed & whenever i call customer care i'm not getting any response, they are simply disconnecting the call.

BSNL has become worst service then Airtel.
