Land line dead

My landline No:28435292 is dead from 10 days & my Broadband as stopped working form more then 15 days. I have lodged a complaint (online, automated) more the 10 days back. Personal visited to local telephone exchange (Thalghatpura, Judiciary layout) spoke to the person availbale (may be he is JE) on 7th May. He mentioned there was some problem in the exchange & most of the lines are dead, it will be up & running the same day. Also I registered complaint in thier complaint log book. But till today (11 May) My landline or Broadband is not working.
