Not responding to the registered complaint

Sir, this is Tasmita Mohanty from ORISSA (Dist-Mayurbhanj) inform you that Rs-55 deducted from my balance automatically in between 20 days.i connect with the customer care but they are not responding. The packs are automatically activated, please stop those packs my complaint registered on 27 may no-E270R31124331.Before also their are many more complaint before but didn't have that complaint no.
